Our refund and returns policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Ice Soft Serve, Ice cream Cones Food Wrapping Rolls & FOMO Packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless arranged by Dero Suppliers
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error will be exchanged provided it’s not used.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery or collection will be charged a handling fee of 25% of the Purchase Cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
Shipping Returns
To return your product which carries 6 months bring in Warranty Should Be Brought to Dero Suppliers
211 Rose Ave Lenasia or Can Be Taken Directly to Our Repair Centre Situated South of JHB On Confirmation Only.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not liable for any damages when the product is returned back to us from the transporting company that the client used. Please track your shipment and keep all paper trails for reference purposes as Dero Suppliers will not be liable for any loss or damage of products.
Please note that delivery is not included in any price that you see on our website, delivery cost is calculated on an Area based. We Deliver Nation Wide, We Also Offer Courier services Out of JHB. We Use the Courier Guy Cost Will Be Calculated on Weight, Dimension & Area Based. All Our prices exclude delivery and will be quoted upon once we receive your Full order.
