Overview
At Dero Catering Equipment, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer unless instructed by our team.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for the following items:

Perishable or consumable goods such as soft serve mix, ice cream cones, food wrapping rolls, and FOMO packaging.

Custom-manufactured or special-order products.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to confirm if a replacement is available.
Handling Fees

Any item returned after 7 days will incur a 25% handling fee.

Cancellations after placing an order will also incur a 25% admin and handling fee.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.

If approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

First check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card provider.

If still unresolved, email us or call 011 854 6668.
Return Shipping

Returns must be brought to Dero Suppliers, located at 211 Rose Ave, Lenasia, or delivered to our repair center (South of JHB) by prior arrangement.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable courier or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not liable for damages during return transit.
Delivery Information

Delivery is not included in any listed product price.

Delivery is area-based and calculated according to weight, size, and destination.

We use The Courier Guy for national deliveries.

A team member will contact you to provide an accurate delivery quote once your order is placed.
