2. Sink Bowls
You can configure 1, 2 or 3 bowls along the 2300 mm length. A typical 2‑bowl spec:
Number of bowls: 2
Bowl internal size (each): about 500–600 L × 500–600 W × 300–400 H mm
Bowl position:
Bowls grouped at one end with drain board on the other, or
One bowl left, one bowl right, center drain/work area
Bowl corners usually radius‑formed for easy cleaning.
3. Material & Construction
Stainless grade (recommended):
AISI 304 (food grade, corrosion‑resistant)
Budget: AISI 201 or 430 (less corrosion resistance)
Top & bowls thickness:
1.0–1.2 mm stainless sheet (heavier is more durable)
Finish:
Brushed / satin finish on visible surfaces
Edges:
Front & sides safety folded (double fold) to remove sharp edges
Backsplash / upstand:
50–100 mm high along the back, with returned edges
4. Frame, Legs & Shelf
Frame & legs: Stainless steel tube
Typically 38 × 38 mm or 40 × 40 mm square tube, 1.0–1.2 mm thick
For 2300 mm length: usually 6 legs (2 at each end + 2 in the middle)
Feet: Adjustable bullet feet (plastic or stainless) for leveling
Undershelf (optional but common):
Stainless sheet 0.8–1.0 mm
Fixed between legs for storage
5. Plumbing Details
Waste outlets:
One waste outlet per bowl (e.g., 1½” or 2″ BSP)
Stainless or PP basket strainer
Overflow: optional, depending on design
Tap / faucet holes:
Typically 1–3 pre‑punched holes on backsplash for mixers/taps, or left blank on request
6. Load & Use
Typical load capacity: 200–400 kg evenly distributed (with center support)
Use: washing pans, trays, utensils, light equipment; hand/veg wash (depending on bowl size and height).
